Dominion Wellness Return & Refund Policy

At Dominion Wellness, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in delivering premium-quality saunas, outdoor showers, and wellness products designed to elevate your health and lifestyle. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.


Return Eligibility

  • Covered Products: This policy applies to all Dominion Wellness saunas, outdoor showers, and wellness-related products.

  • Return Window: You may initiate a return within 30 days of the delivery date.


Restocking Fee

  • A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items after the order has shipped or been fulfilled.

  • This fee helps cover inspection, testing, repackaging, and administrative processing.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging to prevent damage and ensure a safe return.

  • If original packaging is not available, a suitable alternative may be used, but any damage incurred in transit will be the customer’s responsibility.


Return Process

  1. Contact Customer Support:
    Email our team at connect@dominionwellness.com to initiate a return. We’ll provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions.

  2. Prepare the Product:
    Carefully package the item in its original packaging, or a suitable equivalent, to avoid damage in transit.

  3. Ship Your Return:
    Ship the item to the return address provided, clearly marking the RA number on the package.

  4. Inspection & Refund:
    Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it for condition and completeness. Please allow 7–10 business days from receipt of your return for processing.

  5. Refund Notification:
    You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued. All refunds are credited to the original payment method.


Non-Refundable Items

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Products that are damaged due to misuse or improper installation.

  • Items returned outside of the 30-day window.

  • Products that are not in their original condition or missing components.
